RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each item at Keepsake and Bloom is made to order, and many products are personalized just for you.
Because of this, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a production error.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with how it was produced, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
For non-personalized items only, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs for non-personalized items are the responsibility of the customer.
